Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & handling charges are $9.95 per order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We currently ship only to Canada. Most (but not all) orders are shipped via Canada Post and are delivered within 2 to 10 days.

Automatic Reorder

If you elect to have your Axulin automatically shipped every month, please note the following:

You will be shipped the same order as placed when automatic reorder is selected. (i.e. If you order 3 bottles of Axulin and select automatic reorder at that time, you will receive 3 bottles of Axulin per month and will be charged accordingly)

Your orders will be released 30 days from the original order date. This will be the date your card is charged and the order will be processed to be shipped within 1-2 days from then (see Order Processing above for more information on the process and timing).

If you would like to cancel and/or modify your automatic reorder, please call 1-866-485-1213.

Refund Policy

We have a 30 day, full money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply call 1-866-485-1213 for full refund instructions.* To receive your full refund, please ship back the remainder of the Axulin product. Once it has been received, we will refund the appropriate amounts. For the address of where to send back the product, please call the above mentioned number for full instructions.

Shipping charges, processing and handling costs are non-refundable.

*Please note: One full refund per client.
